Bantus Capoeira presents … summer beach acro sessions.

New Acro classes for everyone

Thursdays are back with a vengance … and Instructor Grão wants you to get into capoeira head over heels – literally.

If you want to learn all the crazy amazing moves that our rubbery Instructor can perform, come down to class on Thursday for Angola in the hall and Acrobatics training on the sand – the best and safest way to try new moves!

Even if you are nervous, Grão will tailor his class to your needs.

Bring your swim stuff for a dip afterwards in the hot weather… and watch the sunset with all the gang.

Remember … Bantus Capoeira is Perth Capoeira !

Happy New Year from Bantus Capoeira Australia

Happy New Year

Well, it’s that time of year again … and we here at Bantus Capoeira hope that you have  all had a safe and enjoyable festive season.

The New Year sees some of our members living it up overseas, other relaxing at home, and some have even been spotted practising capoeira in 38C heat ! Now that’s dedication.

Anyway, just a quick note to let all know that Bantus will be resuming training on the week of the 12th!

So start limbering up, stretch those tight muscles and get ready to sweat!  Hopefully our members haven’t over-indulged during the break and the return to action won’t cause any significant pain … but get ready for some sore muscles and aching lungs as Grão begins the new year pumped up and excited!

We are also eager to announce some exciting new developments … so keep an eye on this blog and we’ll keep you posted.
